HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?

All orders will receive full tracking information via email and/or SMS text. Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be processed.

Arsenal is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows it has been shipped by carrier. However, we are devoted to fulfilling every order with care. Please use the tracking number sent to your email after your order is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or leasing office before reaching out to our support at support@arsenalco.org.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We now ship to select countries including Canada, U.K, South Korea, Japan and many others :)

 WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

All sales are FINAL. At this time we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to inquire about a return or exchange please contact our email support@arsenalco.org.

REFUNDS

Refunds for double orders or any other reason take about 5 - 10 days to process depending on your bank.

Credit cards may be declined due to a multitude of reasons. A common problem is that sometimes the billing address is NOT the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to enter. You may also need to double check the credit card number and the CVV number of your card.
